HOW TO ORDER |
Online by Credit Card: Step 1: Simply browse or search our site to find the products you are interested in. Add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button (don't worry, you can always remove them later if you change your mind). When you add an item to your cart you will be taken to the shopping cart page, which shows you what is in your cart. From this page, you may continue shopping, or proceed with your purchase by clicking on the "Go to Payments" button. Step 2: Once you are ready to make a purchase, click on the "Go to Payments" button on the shopping cart page. We'll need to know your name and address (don't worry, we won't pass your details onto anyone else – see our Privacy Policy). Once you have filled in all your details, click the "Continue" button. This takes you to a confirmation page where you can check everything is correct before entering your credit card details on the next page ... various payment options are available ... click on "Credit Card", then click on the "Continue" button. Step 3: The final screen in the checkout process is the credit card details page. Enter your credit card details and click only once on the "Order Now" button. All your information is then encrypted for safe transmission to our fully secure, double password protected server. We then download your credit card & order details from the double password protected facility on our secure server, and process your credit card transaction off-line through our normal EFTPOS machine. Your credit card details are deleted from our secure server once we have downloaded them. At no time do we transmit unencrypted personal information over the Internet. We retain your details off-line in a secure facility so that you can order more easily the next time you visit, but we do not retain your credit card details – these are securely destroyed after processing. For more information about how we treat your personal information, please see our Privacy Page. Over the Phone by Credit Card: If you prefer, you may order by phone. It is a good idea to go through steps 1 and 2 above and click through to the credit card details page simply to print it off. This way, you will have the full details of your order in front of you when you call. Simply call us on (07) 3491 9229 and one of our friendly customer service staff will be happy to take your order. Our lines are staffed 8.00am to 5.00 pm (EST) Monday to Friday and 10.00am to 6.00pm (EST) Saturday and Public holidays. Not open on Sunday. Post Order with Money Order or Credit Card details: It is possible to place an order by post and enclose your credit card details, or a money order for payment. However, you do run the risk of items in your order becoming unavailable by the time your order is received through the post. If you do adopt this ordering method, please print off your order from the web site as outlined in steps 1 and 2 above and post it with your money order or credit card details to Australian Good Vibrations PO Box 399 Mango Hill Qld 4509 Australia Please also ensure that you include your daytime phone number and email address so that a customer service representative may contact you if an item has become unavailable. You may then choose an alternative item. Fax Order with Credit Card details: You may fax your order through to (07) 3491 6006. Again, please print off your order from the web site as outlined in steps 1 and 2 above, add your credit card details, daytime phone number and email address and fax it through.
