RETURNS POLICY |
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal nature of
our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before
you buy. We are unable to accept products, videos or DVDs which do not meet
your expectations; we will only replace items which are found to be faulty. Faulty Products Before sending back any faulty products we ask you to follow a few simple tests: 1. Check that batteries are correctly fitted (this is the most common fault); 2. Check battery contacts (springs sometimes compress); 3. Check that cap is closed tightly, especially if it's waterproof; 4. Some products with batteries provided have cardboard between the cap and batteries - remove to activate batteries; If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement. Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us. To return a defective product, you must return the product within 7 days of purchase. Sex Toys - Due to the nature of this item we do not accept returns unless faulty. Lingerie - Any returns must be notified to us within 7 days. Postage paid by client unless faulty. You should email our Customer Service Officer at ausgoodvibe@optusnet.com.au and notify us of your intention to return the goods. We will supply you with our address. Please include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. Our Quality Control Department will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement. |
